Onboarding rebuilt around field work from day ten, forty days to twenty; a continuing development framework by tenure and performance, from quarterly reviews with commercial leadership.
I lead change management and special projects: organizational leadership, administrative compliance, program management, corporate training, and building the platforms and websites that hold them together. What connects them is an operational mind. For ten years that was applied to New York City public schools: district compliance frameworks, records that had to hold up under audit, and the logistics of putting new programs into many schools at once with the paperwork to prove they were done right. For the last two it meant a national sales force at a trade credit insurer, where I owned the commercial tech stack, designed the processes that ran through it, built the onboarding and a year-long training program for agents, and reviewed performance data with executive leadership every quarter.
Those are the same job. Someone hands me a broken process, a system nobody trusts, or a project with no owner, and I return it organized, documented and running.
I studied psychology at the CUNY School of Professional Studies, and it is the part of my background I use most. A system only works if the people inside it can read it and trust it, and most failures are friction, not incompetence. I taught myself to build, so the tools on this page are mine from the first line of code to the last.
I grew up in Brooklyn, a product of the city's public schools, and I still live here.
